Update about my friend's mother

I just got an email from my friend, Grace. She told me that they launched a website (http://www.caringbridge.org/mn/carolecarlson/) about her mother. She will update the journal and pictures. Also, it has a guestbook you can show your support.
Love,

Google AdLinks!

Google AdSense has a new format, called Ad Links by Google.

"Using the same contextual targeting algorithm that targets Google ads to your content pages, Ad Links units display a list of topics that are relevant to your page. Each topic, when clicked, brings the user to a page of related advertisements."

The are small ads, which make me/you earn some money.

Go Green!

I heard a lot of people talking about St. Patrick's day this morning. Even a radio had some strange ads and songs about it. I feel like drinking some beer tonight....
The bar I used to go while in College was called "Patrick's." I miss having parties with my friends...

Bought Books and CDs

Today, I decided to buy some books and audio CDs. I found some of them at the Nightingale-Conant website and also found the other at Amazon.com. I can't wait for them! I will write about them once I find how good they are.
I have some books to recommend:
"The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" - Earl Nightingale
"Think & Grow Rich" - Napoleon Hill
.... and many....

BlackBerry 7100g

Hi, I am writing this blog with my BlackBerry 7100g. I just heard 7100g is now available to everyone from Cingular. This is a great phone. I love it!! I can check my emails from my BB without accessing to every one of my email programs. Emails are just sent to my BB. Also I can check many homepages. Its battery life is wonderful, too.

My friend's birthday

Today is my friend's birthday. I cannot see her to celebrate her birthday together, but I hope you will have a wonderful b-day. I always thank her for being in my life. Meeting her has changed my perspectives of my life and I would be a totally different person lest I had seen her.

Yesterday, I heard the news about my friend's mother. I lost my grandparents in the past, but I don't know how sad I really would be. Watching a parent being weak and losing a hope must be the hardest thing happening to her... I don't know what I can do for her, I will try to be with her or call her as a friend.

Life gives me every reason to be sad, mad, and also to be happy... I am still learning and struggling....

Life

I've got an email from my friend, who told me about her mother. Her mother is suffering cancer... They just found that there is cancer in the nerve roots of her spinal cord and in the spinal fluid surrounding. According their doctor, this condition if treated with radiation would do more harm to her body than it would help so she will continue for only one more week.
I have never seen her mother, but she is always positive, happy, and considerate. I hope everyone who reads this blog prays for her and her family.
Peace, R
